Operating Procedures for Safe Operation of Rail Flat Car

1. Preliminary preparation

Surround the vehicle, and clear the obstacles on the front and rear tracks of the vehicle and sundries in the track grooves.

2. Connect the power

Pull out the red emergency stop switch slightly and turn the electric lock switch to the right to make it open. At this time, the indicator light will light up and the electricity meter will display the current electricity quantity (if the electricity meter displays low electricity quantity, please charge it in time).

3. The emergency stop status is released and the remote control is activated

Hold the remote control with both hands, clockwise rotate the red emergency stop button at the upper left corner to make it pop up and be in the released state, and then press the green activation button at the upper right corner.

4. Vehicle control

Press and hold the "Front" button to control the vehicle forward, and press and hold the "Back" button to control the vehicle backward. When the vehicle is moving forward or backward, the on-board buzzer will sound continuously and the alarm lamp will flash continuously.

5. Speed regulation

The speed regulation of KP series rail flat cars can be divided into two categories due to different principles:

1) The first type of speed regulation: find the black knob on the control panel with the word "potentiometer" printed on the top, and use this knob to realize the stepless speed regulation of the vehicle. Turn the knob to the left as the lowest speed, and turn the knob to the right as the highest speed.

2) The second type of speed regulation: there is no speed regulation knob on the control panel of this type of rail flat car, which can only be decelerated by pressing the "left" button on the remote control, and accelerated by pressing the "right" button.

5. Parking

After the vehicle stops, press the red emergency stop button at the upper left corner of the remote control, place the remote control at a proper position, click the red emergency stop button on the control panel on the vehicle, and turn the electric lock to the left to make it closed. At this time, the indicator light is off, and the power indicator is off.
